I’ve sailed past this building several times over the years, intrigued by the name and charmed by the logo, but never made the effort to slow down and explore. Well ... * Sarah, the ‘pie master’ at the @thehandpieco engaged us the moment we opened her front door * Delicious and interesting selection of homemade hand pies, both sweet and savoury with a great veggie selection * Frozen and ready to take home, plus we sat outside and enjoyed a couple that were hot out of the oven * A costumer even shared the tip of glazing the pies with whipped egg before baking (I can do that!)
