Finally open the dining room, decided to give another try. Was outstanding 8 years ago, great food and prices. Just not good after Covid, prices higher than most Sushi places. Terrible Almond Boneless Chicken Yuk, small Sushi pcs just not worth it. Our favorite be The Sushi Bar on Telegraph in Taylor a must try. Also a big fan of Kome Sushi on Fort in Wyandotte. What happened inside dining room CLOSED 26 months now. A throw together with Duct Tape and various wood panel. A fortress with sliding doors and baby monitor to order from. A disgrace to all Downriver Restaurant just close the door. 15 bucks 3 Sushi Rolls terrible mushy old rice, Wasabi old and Crumbled. Not making this up, use to love this place always had great Sushi. No more I assure you. Damn Fish so hard to catch with those chopsticks, next time bring a rod n reel. Got a Tuesday Sushi fix always super lunch special 3 rolls your choice from a couple dozen on menu for $10.99 Wowed always that be 18 pcs from great Sushi chef. Also ordered bowl of Hot Sour Soup and Kimchi me so love. Place always packed at lunch with dozens of take out orders. Place open 3 years now see the superior reviews on Yelp and other sites.
