when did it say that tyrell knows about both of them? i just thought he was like “sometimes he seems like a different person” but never knew specifically mr. robot and elliot are not the same at all

he doesn’t know about ‘mr robot’ per se (the name, his ‘appearance’), but he knows there are two Elliots. In 3x04 he tells him “then tell me how does it work. because I don’t know to which Elliot I’m talking to right now.”. It also implied that Angela told him in 3x03, but I am not sure she gave him much insight

edit: he also says “face it, Elliot, if that’s who I’m even talking to”

the one i've seen was because of a screenshot where she was talking about decluttering, but in reference to getting rid of books and people got mad misunderstanding that bc it was out of context. all the shit i've seen is just ppl not understanding the konmari method and why she follows it/where it comes from (from not watching the actual show or at least reading about it lol)

mmm, there’s a special kind of smug unearned superiority of people who value books for more for their physical presence than for the ideas/knowledge/stories within. always really bothers me about people.

also part of it is bc shes a petite cheery japanese woman - almost every negative comment ive seen has been condescending like theyre criticizing a child. a repetitive one i see often is that they are Real Adults with Real Responsibilities that dont have time to prescribe to the konmari method bc they are Real Adults - as if she doesnt run a household and raise children and have a career

ah, yeah i guess i can see that happening. but i mean she’s literally just asking peple to get rid of stuff they don’t want, and showing them an efficient way to organize things. i’m not seeing how her method takes up more time than regular every day cleaning and organizing (and i mean it seems like it would save time in the long run?) everyone wants to be a special case.
