An honor to representing Pelotonia with Doug the CEO. Ringing in the bell with other Cancer Surviors brought tears to my eyes. Grateful for everyday.

Pelotonia 16 Event Recap | I never could image the depth and power of this event. My first year participating in the 100-mile ride and along the way I met the most amazing people, experienced the full range of human emotion, and lastly the sheer determination of the human mind. Happy to help raise money for the cause to end cancer.

My "Good Cause" post of the week.
So, a buddy of mine is riding in the Peletonia Ride in Ohio. It's a grass roots movement to help raise funds for cancer research.
I won't bore you with too much of the background about Peletonia. You can read about it here and here, just so you know what it's all about.
Anyway, it looks like a good cause, and my philosophy has always been if I'm not doing something to make a difference, I should at least be supporting those who are. I pledged a few dollars to help out, and if you've got an extra $5 or $10 loafing around this month, every little bit helps.
This is my buddy's link:

You may have to cut-and-paste it into your browser (I did). (If that doesn't work, you can go to rider profiles and look for "Laviola.")
No pressure, but I know he'd appreciate any pledges you might be able to make.
