i love space and i love samurai but i have yet to encounter space samurai. although klingon culture seems quite similar...... all right, now i need a ds9 scene remake where worf and gowron fight in samurai attire. i’m insufferable

I can see your points about South Park but I think your expectations of the average viewer may be too high. The op is going at this totally the wrong way and the "set back 10 years" is obv bullshit, but the viewers keeping the show on the air aren't the ones who understand the nuance. They're the same people or same kind of people who took Fight Club as life advice instead of satire. The lessons are missed or disregarded.

yeah, i think you’re right for the most part; i mean, the entire demographic watching it isn’t just people who are too young/clueless to understand it, but i wouldn’t be surprised if all the people commenting on that post and saying sp is the worst thing for humanity are like…14. aka people who shouldn’t be watching it anyway. but that isn’t the show’s fault, and i wish they’d stop blaming it for like..their own racism. they’re missing the point of “south park makes fun of everyone” and the fact that literally everyone is capable of doing wrong, so let’s laugh about it; but teenagers don’t wanna think they’re wrong, so of course they lash out against it 8′D

I didn’t see Viv as a bitch, but I didn’t like her because she was in favor of keeping the circles going. Cole was creepy and Solas was a bastard. Thankfully, there was another mage. A fabulous mage.

yeah i understand if she rubs people the wrong way, she is a really blunt, prickly person - at first anyway; once you get her approval up, god ya’ll she just loves you so much. and i know people are really anti-circle. but for me personally, i haven’t played dao awakening or da2, so i don’t feel i have an informed enough opinion on circles to say whether or not i think they blanket statement can never ever work. (i have also never played as a mage.) couldn’t you, in theory, just build them from the ground up, with more pro-mage people in charge, and less templars? make it less like a jail and more like... just a place where mages live and study? like the one vivienne grew up in?

i legit have no idea if this is even possible, if it’s the system that is flawed (in which case, change the system) or just everything about them. do the other games establish them as inherently unfixable? again, i have no idea.

I played a shitload of it because I'm ancient. I'm gonna sound like a crochety old man here, but NFSU2 and MC3DE were the last racing games I played to completion and nothing since then has really measured up.

its been far too long since ive played NFS Underground 2. even though i loved that game i could never complete it, young fod was simply too bad at video games.

Racing games in general. Had a friend who insisted that he didn't like hip-hop, then we played about 30 hours of MC3DE together and all of a sudden he wants to borrow my CDs

i’d never actually heard or played MC3DE’s soundtrack but after looking it up just now i have to agree this stuff funky.
