I ran out of my holy grail liquid liner recently and automatically had to do a Revolution order to get a new one because it is by far the best eyeliner formula I have had the pleasure of using. This black liquid felt tip pen eyeliner is so easy to use whether you're a pro or a beginner because of it's sleek design and fast drying formula. Once you draw your wing and the liquid dries that sucker isn't going anywhere and I am so in love with it.

I have been buying this eyeliner 2 maybe 3 years and honestly I can't find anything better or easier to work with. Any of my friends who want to start using eyeliner but need something easy to work with love this liner and even they have repurchased once it runs out. The formula itself is a gorgeous jet black that dries matte and has such a thin pen tip that you could easily do the thinnest liner you want or you can draw / design the craziest liner you can think of.

While I've tried a great mixture of high end and drugstore this is liner that without doubt I always go back to time and time again and yes the price point is brilliant but the quality itself takes it over the edge.
