Statue le Répit aux Gratte-Ciel. Le premier nom de la statue était le Répit de l’agriculteur, par la main du sculpteur Français Jean Jules Pendariès. Elle est commandée pour 25 000 Francs par le maire Lazare Goujon. La Statue est en pierre dure d’Euville, ses dimensions sont de 2,60 mètres de Hauteur, 1,60m de face largeur et 1,20m d’épaisseur. Le tout pour un poids de 3500 Kg. La statue est installée au carrefour de l’avenue Henri-Barbusse et du Cours Emile Zola en 1932, avant la fin de la construction des tours des Gratte-Ciel et Inaugurée en juin 1934.
