It's been over a year since I hit 150# for a PR c&j. After that, it was lucky if I cod hit 120# due to a series of injuries and stress. Today I hit 153# after failing most of my snatches and c&j warm up lifts. Thank you #rpdiet and #pendlayprogressive and, honestly, myself, for the diet, training and my own will to get past my injuries.
