A local Vw T5.1 2.0 tdi 102 bhp in for Pendle Remap. This one’s pretty low milage and has a nice conversion to a camper in the rear. Part of the mapping process is a pre tune health check with this one being spot on and making a healthy 109bhp and 262nm. Software updates to latest, a dpf regen as it’s showing nearly 25g and all adaptions re done. And another Vw T6.1 in for Tuning this morning. Customer coming from Melton Mowbray. This one only done 2500 miles but after having been converted to a camper and with all the weight added it performance has decreased considerably So a Pendle remap will sort this out. This is a 5 speed version so needs smooth and progressive torque. Once all this is done along with adaptations and a dpf regen and is was also full we see a perfect 176bhp and 316nm. Customer from West Yorkshire today for pptuning stainless steel exhaust and Pendle Performance remap. This one’s a T6 140bhp 6 speed. Customer has had the ABT bumper exhaust fitted, but we ain’t sure how you can move the gases from the exhaust to the tail pipes? Maybe new Bluetooth technology 🫠🤫 Anyway, new stainless steel exhaust with quad round tips all done. Then onto the maha rolling road for tuning. This came in at 142bhp and 313 torque. Once fresh updated vw software added, data logged, tuned software, dpf regen and all adaptions done we finish with a beautifully tuned 174bhp and 383nm. Vw T6 Euro 6 102bhp camper in for pendle remapping. As usual once these are converted with a pop top, full kitchen, bed etc etc they get heavy. These need correctly and safely tuning so they are smooth and progressive on the road. We set about with a pre tune health check, software update to latest version, dpf was just about full at 24gs so forced regen. Full pre tune data log, then new Pendle software installed along with all nee adaptions and we have a rather superb 162bhp and 320nm torque. Another Vw T6 Euro 6 in this week for Pendle custom mapping. Customer has had this one fully converted into a camper and all the added weight had made this camper a slug as he said. Pendle custom tuning makes these so much nicer and safer to drive. With smooth progressive torque delivery across the rev range. We ended up with 168bhp and 315nm torque. Vw T6 Euro 6 in from West Yorkshire today for pendle performance remap. This one’s the 2.0tdi 150bhp 6 speed version. Along with pre tune health check and before and after dyno print outs, latest vw software uploaded with a dpf regen and all adaptions taken place these 150s tune very well. Customer from Leicester over for a pendle performance remap and a exhaust modification. Exhaust was a straight through one and had been cobbled together with 4 clamps and 3 different sizes of tube and no silencer. Now all sorted correctly f3 This one is the 2.5tdi 130bhp model Bnz engine code. Customer has fitted the better BPC turbo. This one tuned make a beautiful 208bhp and 453nm of torque with it making 418nm from 1800rpm to 3500rpm, something many other tuners fail to be able to match with there tuning producing a tiny spike of torque which isn't good at all. Tony came down to see us in his Ford transit custom all the way from the Isle of Lewis outer Hebrides. Yep all 569 miles each way or 12hr 12mins.
