Customer from Leicester over for a pendle performance remap and a exhaust modification. Exhaust was a straight through one and had been cobbled together with 4 clamps and 3 different sizes of tube and no silencer. Now all sorted correctly f3 This one is the 2.5tdi 130bhp model Bnz engine code. Customer has fitted the better BPC turbo. This one tuned make a beautiful 208bhp and 453nm of torque with it making 418nm from 1800rpm to 3500rpm, something many other tuners fail to be able to match with there tuning producing a tiny spike of torque which isn't good at all. Nice to do a bit of old school tuning. These Vw T4 1.9TD don’t have a ecu (engine control unit) so no remapping but they can still be tuned and tune very well. This one came in and we fitted our stainless steel single exhaust system with a oval top so stock power is higher than normal at 70bhp and 133nm torque. Now all tuned and set up it’s doing a healthy 93.9bhp and 176nm torque. One nicely sorted Vw T4. This work can be done at our place here at PpTuning Louth or TH Performance on the south coast. Customer all the way from Somerset been with us in his very nice T5.1 140bhp 6 speed. This customer had a shopping list.!! So, 1. PpTuning AmG bumper exhaust combo. 2. Black tail pipes. 3. Gloss black diffuser. 4. PpTuning custom air intake with cold air feed and engine partition. 5. Forge intercooler and forge hoses And to set it all off 6. Pendle performance remap. So this one had been kind of tuned before. Came in with 163bhp and 396nm, but with a issue after 3500rpm which can be seen on the dyno graph ŵŵŵŵ So back to stock and she made a nice healthy 138bhp and 317nm. Spot on. Then on to tuning 😘 175bhp and 410nm torque.!! How’s that. Nice and smooth across the rev range.
