There was food, some water, and at least something of a way to keep warm. It was something of a weight off her mind. It seemed counterintuitive, however, to remove her heavy coat to set on the ground, but there was a method to her madness. Wearing the warm made her cold when things were done.
“Yeah, we can go into the kitchen. I think there’s a hatchet in the emergency kit so we can break the logs smaller, but it might take longer. There might be wood chips by the stove in the meantime,” she pointed out. She knelt by the cash register to remove the paper bags and began to tear them to shreds. “Is your camera okay?”

"I think we should prepare nonetheless," Hunter headed towards the back so he might have a look. The fact this business thrived upon selling food meant he was pretty sure they wouldn't starve to death while they were there, but it didn't mean he would like what they might have to eat. This would also be a great opportunity for him to check whether they had a stash of raw supplies. Fruits and berries would sit a lot better in his stomach than chocolate all the time.
He glanced at the camera as he slung it back over his arm. "It probably is. As long as the water hasn't dripped inside, it should be fine," he nodded slightly, then stopped a few steps away from where she diligently shredded the papers. "Are you ok?”
