🎄🏋️♀️🙃 Day 7️⃣ of #PressQuest with @cyogalab ➡️ #Penguinpose or #rotatorcuff #shouderstretch 🙃🏋️♀️🎄I first learned this stretch in #letsstartyoga and need to remember to do this more often. It is amazing and gives you a very deep stretch in the backs of the shoulders. Give it a go by sitting down, bend the legs, feet hip width apart or more, place the back of the hand, fingertips pointing behind you, on your side ribs, so that the elbows are facing out. Hook carefully one, then the other, in the space between the knees. At this point they’ll point more forward. Continue to squeeze them with the legs a bit closer (walk feet closer too if you want), relax the head down, close your eyes and breathe into the back of the shoulder (rotator cuff area) sides of the torso and back (latissimus dorsi), even the wrists (incredibly challenging sometimes!).
