As for PenguinWeek Day 6 - Birds, this is one of Penguin's henchgirls, one of his flock, as it were (ha-ha, bird joke), and as you can see, Chickadee's a prime example of the effects of when you let 66!Penguin be your role model- and is that his trick umbrella that she's about to shoot?...
