It feels a little weird to have finished this project after so long. There's obviously some elements I'd like to tweak, especially about the cave, but I think I'm content with how it all came out.

I included the characters I felt needed to be here, included the unnecessary work of every robin and batgirl having their costume displayed (sorry Bette for not including you), and actually finished it thus time.

Julia Pennyworth / Agent Penny-Two (Earth 54)

Age: 26 (in 1967)

Bio: The daughter of an affair between Alfred Pennyworth and Penelope Spiffer, Julia grew up in Coventry, in a United Kingdom which was gradually inching towards fascism after the ravages of WWII. Her desire to follow in the footsteps of her father in his youth led her to joining the government organization known as FEE (Finger/Eye/Ear), which had been formed while the Norsefire Party was in their tenth consecutive year of dominance in Parliament.

Eventually, Julia was forced to reckon with the fact that her work wasn't for the betterment of her country, but that she was in fact the very sort of spy her father would have fought against. She wasn't a heroic super spy, but instead a member of the secret police. Disgusted by her actions, she turned traitor against FEE and Norsefire, and joined first with their enemies in the No-Name League, before being recruited by the UN's own spy organization, Spyral...

I really hope Gotham Girl or Penny-Two shows up in Wayne Family Adventures. I never expected to see Bluebird ever appearing in there so those two obviously can't be off the table. They both have earned at least honorary batfam status. At least to me.
