          “  AYE LITTLE MISS HOOPS,   ”

it’s been some time  ...  again  ...  but can you  blame  someone when they’re grounded  ...  again ?   acts of rebellion is natural in teens,  so  boys will be boys  and that bull-.  calvin smirks seeing her earrings dangle even  going as far as poking one to  watch it swing back and forth.  a chuckle leaves him before he’s  pretending to pout .

“    I KNOW I KNOW  ...  you missed me huh,    ”     for a while he’d been dodging  everyone,  but he couldn’t help it.   faded into the background due to  poor decisions  ...  poor decisions that were made  purposefully  with intention to hurt others ...  mainly  his parents.   “    i know how you be liking them  pink shits  so,    ”     hand digs into his bag to pull out  pink skates.   well,  pink air forces that  turn into skates.    

“    i missed your birthday  ...  i mean i was grounded but shit  ...  i already bought ‘em.    ”    and he  hates  that he didn’t show up with what  he believes to be  the greatest gift  ...  he wont let it slip  how much  they were  ...  let’s just say his father was  not happy about it.

SCENE:   detention,   usual suspects.  teacher sits high and mighty at their desk while a computer holds them  hostage  from the conversations being  shared across the room.  basically babysitting a room of delinquents.  only,  a new face decided to come around.

            “   WELL WELL WELL,   FRESH MEAT.   ”

listen as a couple of boys ‘ oooo ’  in unison.  laughter erupts and all that babysitter will do is a quick ‘ shhh ’.   thomas leans over the desk he chose to be able to talk in her ear.   “    what’re you in for ?   correcting a teacher ?    ”   he smirks while a friend of his gives him a low five.  they weren’t looked at as  good students,   hence why they were always there.   she,  however wasn’t there  often.

  “   we’re headin’ to the arcade in a few,  this fucker  wont care.  he ‘shh’s a few times and he’s back looking at the daily news.  windows always unlocked.   ”     the room fills with silence awaiting her response  ...  the rest of the boys look around  attempting to guess  what she’ll say.
