Glossy or matte? I can’t decide! I had to do some IT inspired nails when I went to see the movie of course. I personally really liked it! Went with the original version of Pennywise here though! Inspired by @chellys_nails & @nailgurlnyc. Glisten & Glow topcoat for the glossy & Ella + Mila Matte-ly in love for the matte version!
