First of all rarepairs are going to be the death of me and this one is no exception. Basically the primary reason I ship them is because of the island nation ~connection~ lol but I think it has enough substance and they have enough chemistry to make it something more than a crack ship. They’re both complement each other but have enough similarities to make it compatible; I hc both have more connection to the ocean than their actual land; both have spectacular natural scenery, and both are relatively ignored as countries but are pretty well off in modern day. Rough childhoods and isolation from the mainland is also a bonus.

Idk I just feel like there's so much the fandom could do with them, not limited to those similarities above, but there’s like no content. Alas. They could be soft, serious (as in: they connect with each other on a deeper level and really just resonating quietly without saying a word as they hike in the mountains listening to birdsong), chaotic meme teens, maybe angsty, a lot of things really. My fav flavor is the one where they get each other instinctively, without saying a word, because they know each other so well, but that’s just me and my writing style; chaotic gen Z Seyice is really good as well (although I haven’t seen much of it).

Also sdkl;adsfj I feel like they’d be bird nerds together, or maybe just scenery nerds. I’ve also been endlessly writing a fic where Seychelles finds Iceland at one of her beaches before a world meeting starts and they share a ~moment~ but who knows when I’m getting that done. Anyways that’s my vibes of Seyice.
