Di Italiani che portano la ns cucina in giro per il mondo ce ne sono veramente tanti. Ho provato la sua Burrata Multicolore con pesto di basilico, fior di latte, pomodorini confit, stracciatella e mandorle. Raga che ve lo dico a fare, vabbè ve lo dico!
