Well, it depends on where he ends up. If he ends up outside the tower and on some island, there will be almost no reaction, because not everyone remembers the inhabitants of this world. The maximum reaction will be surprise because of his unusual appearance.

But if he ends up in the tower, naturally someone will be interested in him, especially the tower bosses, because their job is to protect the floors (and also ±minor work).

Pepperman will be surprised, but will want to get to know the new guest (and I think that they will become friends and even find similarities between themselves, for example, poor eyesight).
