Heaven lies beneath her feet
You know with Jk sprouting HP facts now and then, i am kind of mad that she didn’t bother filling in the plot holes such as did Harry ever thanked Narcissa Malfoy for saving his life by lying to Lord Voldemort?! I mean she played such a vital part and yet no one is talking about it?!!! This is outrageous! But really no, after the war, I imagined that Harry does show his appreciation to Mrs.Malfoy by sending ‘Happy Mothers day’ card each year along with a bouquet of fresh tulips and a huge box of peppermint toads. Narcissa Malfoy is honestly touched and a little flattered. Draco Malfoy not so much. He eventually confronts about this to him. Draco: “Potter i know what you are doing....” Harry: “And what am i doing Malfoy?” Draco: “Sending cards and chocolate to my mother.......” Harry: “Yeah what about it?!” Draco: “You have my sympathies when it comes to you being orphan but this is simply unacceptable!” Harry: “What is?” Draco: “STOP TRYING TO STEAL MY MOTHER! I WON’T ACCEPT YOU AS MY BROTHER!!!” He has to suck it up eventually because Narcissa later adopts him :’D
In relation to my last post about Teeko being a Hufflepuff - the scarves were for a Harry Potter marathon feat. dogs and themed snacks with @marlothemountaindog and Marlo’s person. :D :D

Hogsmead - a drink (currant rum)
On Harry’s frist time in Hogsmead he goes directly to the sweets shop. Of course the long list of yummy sounding wizard sweets is dizzying. (My favourites are also the peppermint toads, Ron). But then they hit the pub and a lovely list of wizard drinks is mentioned!
Warm butterbeer, Gillywater, mulled mead, “cherry syrup and soda with ice and umbrella” and last, but not least: redcurrant rum, Minister Fudge’s drink of choice. Now, that sounds absolutely brilliant, so I tried it!
Unfortunately I didn’t find redcurrant syrup/juice this time of the year, but I did find blackcurrant nectar and mixed it 50/50 with rum to end up with a very good drink!
