I noticed something about pepperoni slice sizes on pizza over the years. The small ones curl up when done cooking. While big ones don't for some reason. I prefer the bigger ones tbh. When the small ones curl up they hold all that oil on it. While the larger ones simply have the oil disperse throughout the pizza.
