the only valid “gay best friend” character is per andersson’s character in en del av mitt hjärta, who is a successful lawyer, has an addiction to dating racket sports players, gets mistaken for the female lead’s parter and accidentally gets in the way of the main love interest proclaiming his love for the female lead for all of 5 minutes and gets together with hands down the hottest guy in the entire movie at the end

oh my gosh i still can’t understand this actually happened but me and @queerswithfreckles met almost the whole book of mormon sweden cast! we decided to cosplay price and mckinley to comic con(which was on the same day we were going to see tbom) so we went to the shows in our cosplays too. when we were heading inside we passed the stagedoor and three from the ensemble were standing outside, but we didn’t pay much attention and stopped to take a picture with the poster on the wall. while we were taking the pictures, one of them came up to us and told us that they had similar vests in the show etc etc. and asked if we were gonna see it, and then took a picture of us!! they also mentioned that they were gonna show anton and linus and we started freaking out. the show was absolutely AMAZING and i love how anton’s mckinley was like even more “touchy” than rory’s and when he asked price if he was in his spooky mormon hell dream he went in REALLY close!! also i can’t remember correctly if it’s the same in the obc version, but mckinley’s suitcase was full of glitter that spelled out “mck” and it was so cute?? anyway, after the show we went to the stagedoors again and some of the ensembles etc came up and talked to us!! they told us that they loved our vests and they were SO nice, they even asked for pictures!! after taking pictures they all signed our playbills and we chatted a bit more. after a while anton and per came down and i almost DIED of a heart attack holy shit. we took pictures with them aswell and they signed our books. they were so sweet and i almost cried omg,, i told anton how i’ve been a fan since i first saw him in romeo and juliet 2011 as mercutio and he was genuinely impressed and went “woah that’s a long time!” when they left they told us that they loved us and i’m so wlsblwbduwvd they’re such great guys holy shit.. sadly we didn’t meet linus but honestly i’m just glad i had a chance to actually meet anton lundqvist
