these posts about verbal abuse are making me feel really fucking paranoid because some of them describe things that happened to me detail by detail and now im starying to question everything in my life and its scaring me

I really need to see a counselor when I get back to BG to talk with about my weight issues.

It's been an issue for a little over a year now and it's exhausting trying to talk to my mom about it because it's like she just assumes that I'm either starving myself on purpose, or that something is wrong with my appetite and whatnot. Overall I just feel that she really doesn't listen to me and my perspective, especially when she says that I don't see myself....

I'm tired of everyone's comments and feeling as if I have to accept/put up with them....
