Progression set of a painting I did last year. Set up shop in a corner of the studio with an everyday interior scene. Became interested in how forms could become abstract or realistic depending on how tight the information was focused. Was pleased with the basic movement across the picture plane but was never able to get a sense of depth/space. The colors became dominate which was a happy dynamic of the muted/chromatic surfaces.
