Percy finding out nico is trans?

“Nico it’s okay. I’m not mad.” Percy rested his hand on Nico’s shoulder. Nico stared at the floor and wiped a tear away before Percy could see it. “I’m sorry I didn’t tell you sooner. I just… didn’t know if you wanted to still be with me after finding out I’m a girl.” Nico’s voice cracked on the last word. Percy hugged Nico’s back. “It doesn’t make a difference to me. You are still the same person I’ve been falling for. And besides, I’m bisexual, gender means nothing to me.” 

Nico’s lips lifted ever so slightly. “I should have told you.” Percy turned Nico to face him, “no, it was your secret. I’m glad you did tell me though. Thank you for trusting me.” Nico did smile this time before kissing his boyfriend.

Imagine if Percy and Nico were staying at a hotel for a week, but Nico didn't want to get up early enough. Percy would go down to the lobby and fix up to-go boxes of the breakfast they were serving, just to sneak it up stairs so they can have breakfast in bed together.

Percy kissed Nico's lips, "I think it's beautiful"

“Thanks. I worked hard on it.” Nico spent weeks on a painting of a hillside, with hundreds of trees and a river at the bottom. He made it as a gift for Grover and Jupiter’s wedding. His goal was to make it as realistic as possible, it’s been the hardest project he’s done so far. “He’ll love it. You’re so talented.”

Percy booping Nico's nose

“Why are you doing that?” Nico frowned. “Because you’ve been too focused on that paper. Take a break before your brain melts.” In other words, Percy wants the type of attention Nico’s currently giving to his homework. Nico kissed Percy and smiled, “what do you want me to do on my break?” 

Percy grinned, “I can think of something.”

This is it, we're finally in our new home.. what an adventure to live together -said Percy cheerfully

Nico smiled, “yeah it’s awesome! Now help me unpack.” He threw a bag of clothes at Percy before picking up a box himself. Percy sighed, “you can’t have a moment can you?” Nico rolled his eyes, but Percy continued to tease. “No kiss in the rain; no ride in the sunset-” 

“Shut up Jackson.” Nico cracked a genuine smile at his boyfriend, then glared.
