Percy/Reyna swap headcanons?
There's so much awkwardness at the start
Genuinely, these two barely know each other and are suddenly swapping bodies and have to deal with each other's stuff at the same time?
Reyna's well known at camp tho, and Percy doesn't know her, so it's noticed immediately
Unsurprisingly it's Octavian who notices first
He's Not Happy, but deals with it cause it's his job to deal with stuff, and tries to help out and keep others from realizing there's a switch going on
That would make people lose faith real quick, and Reyna is needed, she's a good war leader
Octavian comes to like Percy via Reyna form cause Percy is very competent and even if he doesn't like how Octavian treated Hazel, he doesn't actually know Octavian enough so Octavian is able to make up for the bad first impression
Percy learns a lot about how New Rome works when he's Reyna and becomes good at paperwork
Reyna is so so happy to understand pegasus when she's Percy, like nearly cries tears of joy at it
Them using each other's powers tho? Complete disasters, genuinely they're chaotic losers with each other's powers
Percys are raw instinct and nature and the forces of the world at his beck and call
Reyna's are intricate support and mental based

But they work together fairly well, getting used to the swaps and helping each other improve over time
Annabeth is a bit jealous but hey, you know what, Reyna is kinda cool, maybe Annabeth doesn't mind too terribly when she's kissing Percy and suddenly she's kissing Reyna
