2. Tell us about what you’re most looking forward to writing – in your current project, or a future project
pretty much.... all of part 2 of anchor-point? like [stefon from snl voice] it has everything: kriti and arya hitting the ‘we are mutually pining rivals’ stage of their relationship, obsession causing downward spirals, gratuitous moon imagery....
6. What character do you have the most fun writing?
kriti, hands down. i’ve talked about how switching to 1st person was one of the best things i could have done for anchor-point, and i think it especially shines through with kriti as a character-- her narrative voice is so intense and snide and just an all around blast to shape!!
22. Do you reread your old works? How do you feel about them?
i don’t really have too many old works to be honest, but sometimes i will go back and look at the half-finished drafts of my short stories (they’re currently stuck in permanent stasis JFLAKJFSKLFJ). i always feel pretty affectionately towards them?? like “ah yes, my prodigal child, you are lost for now but never forgotten... one day we shall return to each other”...
