When -A was in your home, she stole one of Arabelle’s dresses and set part of it on fire. The remain of the dress were placed upon his bed.
Peter was exhausted from his long day at the beach. He smiled as the memories replayed in his head. Never did he imagine himself carrying Bellie in his arms. It was almost like in those adult “love” books that he once read at the library. He dragged himself into his room, only to find his mother already there.
“Hey Mom, what’s—” Peter froze, “I—Is that..?”“Ara’s dress.” She finished his sentence.
Peter ran to his bed, picking up the piece of fabric in his hand, “W—Why? This is Bellie’s favorite dress…” He looked up to his mother in confusion and fear, “Bellie.. is she okay right?” Peter paced back and forth with Bellie’s dress in his arms.“She’s okay, baby. Now go to bed, we’ve had a long day. We can deal with this tomorrow, okay?” Her voice softened at her last sentence. Peter shook his head, “I want to know who did this and why.”
