I'm starting my environmental public participation unit today and 1. Canvas is down, 2. the government is shut down, 3. regulations.gov is struggling to connect, and 4. the EPA public info infrastructure is still a shambles. At least we have plenty to talk about on the transparency and freedom of information front 😑
