Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Rinse white rice under cold water and drain. Combine white rice, water, salt, and olive oil in the Instant Pot. Close the lid, set to sealing, and cook on manual high pressure for 4 minutes. Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
