A few notes from Admin KT:

One, I’d like to give a gentle reminder that neither I nor Admin is in the business of chasing down players. We love having you, but if you’re not posting on the dash (not reblogging stuff, actually posting) and you haven’t told one of us that you need a hiatus, then you will be removed from the RP. it’s not personal. It’s just not fair to the other players or the admin who are counting on you to be present and easy to communicate with.

Two, use this break in filming WISELY. Character development is up to you, the player, and not the admin. We’re here to help if you’re struggling, but just try to be thinking 2-3 steps ahead. Where does your character want to be in a few months? What does your character have planned if they have planned in case the writers decide to strike? Try to think of ways to give them more opportunities to interact with others that aren’t predetermined by their bios.

Three, beware of who was a celebrity before this show started. Jake, Mercedes, Puck, Quinn, Sam, Blaine, and Kurt all have been around in Hollywood a few years. Keep in mind that your character doesn’t have to be starstruck but would probably have some reaction to that or be aware of some things about them. Use those as a way to have different interactions with them.

Four, this is not to restrict the dash interactions, but i just want you to be keeping in mind that you need to be talking to players before interactions so that something like Puck and Jake ending up in same hang out when there’s bad blood between them doesn’t happen. Your characters would absolutely be aware of this, but this isn’t limited to just those characters. Please, please, please, I cannot stress this enough. Talk to the other players before you interact with them so that it doesn’t put them in a weird spot with their characters.

Lastly, Mercedes was not in the pilot, and therefore she only knows Sam and Finn. She will be added to the cast later, but as of now, if your character didn’t know her prior to the pilot, then don’t reply to her posts. There is an event coming up where she can meet your characters f2f, but other than that, it will have to wait until the Upfronts in NY.

Schedule Updates

The sidebars have been updated. Please click on “more info” under the pilot reshoot to see if your character needs to be on-set, and under the upfronts to see the activities they may be taking part in. You will also note that the pilot will be airing as well. It is just the first airing. The second airing is in the fall when they’ll start filming again, but this does means that on the night it airs, they can finally start to use the name of the television show and tweet about it, amp it up, and maybe “tweet” about their character’s plots. Really have fun with it. Going into the summer, they’ll be touring for the show, interviewing, and going to comic con. So please try to plan accordingly for that. And, as usual, like when you read.

Let’s Try This Again, Shall We?

So, hopefully you haven’t thought I forgot about you or the night at the movies. It’s just been busy for me at work and at home these past two days, and I’m sick. So, I’m going to open the dash up to f2f interaction for Thursday night tomorrow, Saturday the 6th. You can treat it as all f2f interaction as long as you mark that clearly. It will end Sunday at noon est. I will also be around all day if you have any questions. Thank you for your patience. Like when you read.

Hey guys! Quick dash interaction update. Starting Saturday, April 29th, the dash will go back to your typical group roleplay interaction since they’ll no longer be in the same place all of the time.

Tonight, April 28th, at 8pm pst is the cast and crew wrap party. It’s being hosted at the High Rooftop Lounge in Venice Beach, California. Episode 1

Here is a short summary of all that happens in the episode airing tonight:

A. Vera has a new look. Vera’s dressing differently much to the dismay of her boyfriend, Atticus, and best friend, Ivy. Hunter is also introduced B. Axl McQueen has his eye on a new prize, and her name is Tatiana. Tatiana’s friend, Olive, doesn’t like how close they’re getting. C. Lennon and Sadie have recently started dating. Introduction to Lennon, Sadie, and Inez D. Vera and Axl’s parents are dating, and introduced E. Eden is partnered with Zane in dance class for the rest of the semester.

If you would like to elaborate on your character’s characters plot and talk about it on social media, that’s welcomed and encouraged, just please let Admin KT know what you’re planning to say happened to avoid conflict with future episodes. If your character wasn’t mentioned specifically, they’re in the episode, but they were introduced in a cafeteria scene.

This week’s parties

Normally, these would be all dash events, but this week, I want everyone to focus on building individual relationships with a random castmate. So I’d prefer if you all did 1-3 person paras so that you’re building friendships and finding ways to grow your character. Please pay close attention to who is inviting whom to each party. How this works in “real life” is that between each character’s management team and the network, it is important for certain characters to be seen together. You will note that some people are able to get into any and all parties, which is directly related to their level of fame in the business already. So really have fun playing that up. I’m looking forward to everyone’s paras.

We apologize for our absences. Life has gotten crazy for both of us. However, I, Admin KT, am back and will be dropping two plots within the coming weeks. It’s pretty much just been a waiting game for the characters as they wait to hear from their management about being picked up. They won’t have to wait much longer. Then we can get into the really fun bits. So be on the lookout for the plot drops.
