This is a free, no postage necessary sample of Givenchy's L'interdit. This is an SOPost campaign on Facebook. I placed my request on May 18th. I received an email that my order was approved. I received my sample on May 31st. Since it's a Facebook campaign, it's a targeted promotional ad. You'll have to scroll through your feed to see if it's available on your account. Givenchy's L'interdit should be applied sparingly. It has a bold, sweet, floral scent that's unique in a sharp musk fragrance. A little goes a long way. It can be intense. The proper amount is a head turner.

base: vanilla, musk, tonka bean, cacao

i LOVED this scent. 100% my favorite that i smelled by a mile. very marshmallow-like but not at all overpoweringly sweet. i usually feel that marshmallow notes just come out as straight sugar, but this is very photo-realistic. like a partially toasted marshmallow. the white florals do a great job of rounding out the scent and making it wearable. the musk/ambrette gives it a skin-like quality that is very warm and really beautiful. it’s like leaning into the neck of someone you love during a hug. i can’t say the milk note is very obvious, it’s more vaguely lactonic. overall gorgeous. 9/10 would buy a full bottle and plan to.

I don't know if anyone else remembers, but remember when there online stores where you could just buy perfume samples for like a dollar and change or less.

Like you didn't have to do this whole subscription model thing.

You could just buy samples of whatever perfume you wanted and however many you wanted for super cheap.

I mean do you remember when you buy stuff without having to do the subscription model thing all the time.
