So uh I might have miscalculated how long styrax lasts. It's not melting even after a second ethanol soak. I can make an entire litre of perfume now 🔥🔥
slowly trying to make my own perfumes, I have 1 Pine Essential Oil at home and these 3 Jars of Freshly Grinded Incense Dust (styrax, myrrh and olibanum to be precise). Tomorrow I'll go get some ethanol to turn them into tinctures 👍
can’t stand reviewers on fragrantica saying everything smells like pee. bcuz no tf it don’t. i work in a laboratory and i handle hundreds of urine samples every week and i’ve smelled piss variants you couldn’t even dream of. and none of it smells like any perfume i’ve tested
and finally, 85% of my perfume in one spot!!
just bought some francesca bianchi perfume samples i’m so excited
just sold my $130 perfume for $30.. actually so sad because it smelled fine in the store and then terrible at home
perfume obsession got me googling some fallen london ass sites
