It was caught between wires of a net I wove out of steel and bone under the tips of my fingers. A net meant to keep out claws made of gold and tears that devoured my dreams night after night. But what my net capture was no beast forged of fear and hate, nor man with iron and mal intent. The captured and restrained was simply a poor soul caught in the purgatory where I reigned master. Pray to have wanted salvation, to have rescued the unfortunate. But how does one save something that is obscured from sight?
