Perhapsy, So Far
Oakland singer songwriter Derek Barber ( Bells Atlas and Astronauts, etc.) under the avatar of Perhapsy creates an atmosphere of sublime pop sounds. His emotive and self reflective tune All My Souls Swallowed is pulled from recent release titled Me Tie Dough-ty Walker and is available to stream via his Soundcloud!
Derek Barber is Perhapsy, an experimental pop project that has unmistakable hints of the other bands he’s in (Bells Atlas; Astronauts, etc) while also proving to be entirely unique. His new album Me Tie Dough-ty Walker will be out this Friday.

A couple weeks ago, I featured Perhapsy’s new single “All My Soul Swallowed” from his upcoming sophomore LP Me Tie Dough-Ty Walker. A couple days ago, Perhapsy but out a rad music video for the track with a cool bust that as an artsy design on it. As I mentioned before, the dreamy/synthy experimental pop sound of this song is fantastic.
