Tuafw your therapist tells you that you're able to get a different job than you're use to and then she compliments your social skills and how open you are and your ability to make eye contact and you tell her you're faking it by looking at the nose/mouth and she laughs and says she couldn't tell the difference but you also don't have the heart to tell her that the reason you're so open is because it's therapy and that's kind of the point to be open. -❄🍇
Tuafw you're wearing a rough textured shirt that has a tight neckline and you were fine for a while but it becomes too scratchy and tight all of the sudden
Tuafw you're sorting beads by colour and you almost have a meltdown because of the colour periwinkle. It was too blue to go into purple but too purple to go into blue. I was just staring at it for a while while repeating "It doesn't fit. It doesn't fit." Thankfully Ducky (my bf) was able to keep it from escalating by suggesting a bowl solely for that colour but I changed it to all the colours that don't fit in one colour group that way I don't get overwhelmed by the same situation. ❄🍇
Taufw you're grabbing snacks and most of the time, you grab either two or five, but this time you grabbed four and you tell yourself "This is fine, I don't need five bags of chips." But by the time you're in your room, you're so uncomfortable that you run back to grab a fifth bag so you don't feel like screaming anymore. ❄🍇
Tuafw you recognize red flags in someone you had interest in dating and tell them you wish not to pursue further than a friendship and they cut all contact off. I truly saw something happening in fact, I subconsciously started calling them my partner to everyone and they became a part of my routine which is now completely thrown off, once again. They helped me through my meltdowns, even if it was through a skype call and now I've got no idea what to do. ❄🍇
Tuafw your therapist office has been simply crazy with appointments and bookings so you've only been able to go every 2 months and at your last appointment, the therapist scheduled an appointment but forgot to write it down in the books and so she double booked for the time your appointment was at but her solution was to break the hour up between the two bookings so instead of an hour long session, I got a 30 minute session and I almost broke down crying in the lobby. -❄🍇
Tuafw your workplace has been under renovation for months because of a recent flood and it's opening back up soon and you're very excited because you're able to go back to work and get back into your routine. -❄🍇
Tuafw You're 95% sure you could be/are autistic and you bring it up to your mum and she dismisses you, amounting it to your other illnesses (Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar disorder) and when you bring it up to your new therapist, your mum calls you a hypochondriac.
