@windfallisland replied: I forget if you’ve listened to japanese breakfast but she’s good
yes! i have soft sounds from another planet!
@perimyotis replied: have you listened to oh pep!? They toured with tMG a while ago.. umm I also like Erin Rae, and Mitski and indigo girls lol
i’m listening to oh pep! now, thank you, this is so good!! i grabbed some stuff from all the other artists you mentioned too so they are next up!
@hater replied: worriers, screaming females, ex hex, dyke drama, cutting room floor (bandcamp only afaik), sheer mag, chumped, torres, plumtree!
i love cutting room floor!!! i saw them do a set at a punk festival years ago and i have a cd of theirs somewhere in my car but i don’t think i made a copy of it on my computer... & i’ve heard a few more on this list too but not gone in depth w/ them so thank you for all these!

perimyotis replied to your post “unpopular opinion: all forms of measurement are fundamentally...”
But the latter are easier to convert between units!
oh for sure, I much prefer the metric system in everything, and america’s only holding out because its a weird notion of independence-slash-stubbornness
but it’s also interesting to tell people that all measurements are essentially just arbitrary and we agreed to them, and it’s kind of a form of language more than an innate feature of the world
kilometers are basically just a more advanced version of the way people reference locations as being “well you’re halfway to the store when you pass the taco shop”, just on the big rock we live on
perimyotis replied to your post: kinda bummed that amanda palmer is on the cover...
I’m bummed too
she's pretty well known so i imagine there will be some sort of thing about it? but maybe not. im honestly surprised she's only addressed it once
perimyotis replied to your post:
I mean. One of them was specifically bc of erika moen's shitty cucking comic lmao
upthawolfs replied to your post:
ye i think it started bc of the cuck comic since that song is abt cheating
i got that, i guess the part i don’t get is how logical it is to extend that and make additional going to maine-themed memes (or in this case meme since again i have only seen the two so far and it probably doesn’t warrant discussion)
plus, alibi is ALSO about cheating, where are my alibi memes tbh
perimyotis replied to your post: unpopular opinion but we really gotta let go of...
tbh I can think of ok reasons for sessions to have talked to Russians but like the fact that the trump camp keeps hiding that shit is what makes it sketchy as hell to me
absolutely and it totally is sketchy, it’s just like i keep seeing Warren being like IT’S PERJURY and it’s like ok so either do something about that perjury charge or admit that yall know that case wouldn’t survive and don’t make it look like yall are so weak and incapable in this administration that you can’t even try to bring a perjury case ykwim
like my thing isn’t ‘don’t make this a perjury thing b/c he might have been telling the truth,’ like i can really see it being exactly as sketchy as it looks, i’m just kinda like idk why they gotta make it SPECIFICALLY PERJURY because it’s totally sketchy and misleading, there’s other shit they could be doing about it, in fact the recusal was one of those things. but to keep going on about a perjury charge they’re gonna do fuckall about is just like yall... lmao but that’s me
