Fun Tag Thing That I’m Late To

So @peripines tagged me for this thing and I didn’t see until now! Sorry about that. Also, congrats on over 100 followers! Anyways, let’s do this...

Zodiac Sign: Taurus Height: 5′3″ Sexual Orientation: Gay as fuck Ethnicity: Chinese (adopted and raised in the states, though)

Favorite Fruit: None? I don’t like fruit because I’m an unhealthy pasta gremlin. Favorite Season: Fall. It’s temperate but on the cooler side, which I like. Favorite Book Series: Percy Jackson and The Olympians/Heroes of Olympus. They feature a lot of people of color in HOO and don’t simply brush aside the issues associated with it (i.e. Piper’s Cherokee heritage and how she’s ridiculed for it is brought up within the first few pages of the first book in the series, if I recall correctly), and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend both, and they’re not particularly difficult reads, which is nice, too. Favorite Flower: Does catnip count as a flower? Favorite Scent: Alright, so all of these are food-based, but I love the smell of browning butter because I normally pour it on noodles, or the smell of Chinese food restaurants, or the smell of chicken noodle soup? They’re all super comforting to me and I don’t know why. Favorite Color: Navy blue.

Coffee, tea, or cocoa: Tea and cocoa. Oolong’s my favorite kind of tea and I drank it religiously my freshman year of high school to get me through late night homework sessions. I should really start using it again. As for cocoa, I drink it in lieu of coffee whenever I visit restaurants for breakfast. Average sleep hours: It varies, but normally I’m in bed around 10 or 11 and I’m up either at around 6 during the school year (because school sucks and my bus stop is first), or at 7/8 if I can actually sleep in like a normal person. Cat or dog person: Cats. I adore cats. I like dogs, too, but cats are one of the true sources of joy in my life. Favorite fictional characters: Christ, okay. There are a lot, so I’ll restrict one character for each show/movie/game/etc. (A lot of these characters are my favorite because I relate to them and they help me cope...also I want way better for them in canon because damn it, they don’t deserve to feel as crappy as me.) Yang Xiao Long (RWBY), Mei-Ling Zhou (Overwatch), Sokka (Avatar: The Last Airbender), Abed Nadir (Community), Hunk (Voltron: Legendary Defender), Finn (Star Wars), Ellie Williams (The Last of Us), Scott Lang (Marvel Cinematic Universe). Number of blankets you sleep with: I use a sleeping bag (I know, I’m weird), but then I just have a bed sheet over that, and if it’s winter then I have a super thin blanket (it’s got BB-8 all over it). Dream Trip: I kinda got cheated out of Universal when I went there for a school trip (friend got sick, chaperones hated us, long story, send an ask if you want the full story), so I’d love to plan a week where I could visit there.
