The Goddess of Agriculture had gone and tangled with other Gods. A God that should never be taken lightly especially when they held the ability to take the light out of everything you adore– of everything you have created. The Goddess of Agriculture had promised her farmers that through the long winter their crops, animals, and even themselves would not parish and upon doing so she immediately angered the God of Darkness and Death. Having nothing to gain throughout the winter this God immediately set out for revenge. But he didn’t want to simply steal the souls of other mortals, or trick a human into signing their soul away– no… he needed something deeper. Something that would strike the Goddess’ own heart. He planned to steal away her daughter.
Tonight was the night he had snuck into the domain where her daughter was there watching over her stars. Using his magic the daughter would fall into a deep death like sleep as he slung her small body over his shoulder and faded into shadow as he vanished in the night. By the time morning would rise the Goddess of Agriculture would find her daughter gone and deep into the realm of the other’s darkness.
Now they were floating down the River Styx. The God of Death had himself hidden with a dark cloak that hide his figure and his face from the other until she shifted and them he looked up slowly. Eyes gleaming and only half of his face clear of shadow. "You're awake..." he said in a deep voice that could chill anyone to the bone. He turned slowly to see how close they were to his domain before he glanced back to the female "Do you know who I am?" He narrow his intense gaze on her.
