Nice to see the “a deck can have any number of this creature” ability branching out from black. Blue makes sense here (these guys are basically lobbyists and that’s something there are always lots and lots of), and it fits into a mill strategy, which makes me happy.
I’m honestly tempted to try and make a mill deck in draft with these. Nobody else wants them, right? And they’re a common, so they’ll show up, right? I can totally force that in draft, right? Right??!!
Additionally, it says “tap four Advisors,” so I guess you could build an Advisor tribal deck with it? There are currently 52 other Advisor creatures in Magic, plus the new Teysa card in RNA. Most are in blue, black, or white (or some combination), although there are a few in green and red (mostly thanks to Portal:Three Kingdoms, which has 14, a lot of them retroactively-typed Advisors in it). I don’t think an Advisor tribal deck would work particularly well, but the challenge is half the appeal to me (What me? Johnny? I never!)

SIGN MY PETITION!
That's the deck name
I don't have a petition 🗒️✍️
I tried to do fancier things, but in the end, I just want to get 4 advisers in play fast, so 12 one mana advisors in mono-blue it is.
That said, Scry, more Mill, and another way to pay for a petitioner milling 1-2 cards isn't nothing.
So I talked the Eldrazi into submission.
