i’m showing my friend one piece which i still haven’t finished (only like 300+ eps in)  i remembered loving it but rewatching i forgot just how much i loved it & it’s so nice! esp because i have not been feeling good the last few days, it’s nice to chill & watch this comforting, awesome anime

this was a productive year for me and i accomplished alot of stuff i was aiming for !! im a bit burnt out rn though lmao so heres to a refreshed start of 2019

So I babysit and tutor a child from my moms school. He's not able to use most of the left side of his body due to problems during his birth, which mean he needs help doing most things other than just standing up or sitting down. He is also very very sensitive to touch, and normally only allows help by having him grab onto your clothes and he'll pull himself up. Even with his mom he doesn't have much physical contact.

So the reason I'm posting about this is that today is his birthday and I gave him a toy train that goes with a set he has that he absolutely adores playing with. When he opened it up he started crying and just came over and hugged me for a few minutes because he was so happy. I was so shocked that I started crying too, just very emotional. I was having a really bad day today, one of the worst since I stopped anti depressants, and that just made me feel so much better, knowing that this sweet kid ive known for almost 3 years trusts me enough to hug me. Sorry for the long post but it was just such a sweet thing that I felt the need to let it out.
