lou wilson is such a great actor/comedian in general, and one of the (MANY) things that make him great on dimension 20 is how hugely empathetic he is, and how obvious it is from his reactions
other players will be having exciting/tense/emotional moments, and it’s just as fun in those moments to watch lou’s reactions as it is to watch theirs
right now my stand-out favourites for eurovision this year are Moldova’s Zdob și Zdub and Frații Advahov, Albania’s Ronela Hajati and Serbia’s Konstrakta.
i also really like Lithuania’s Monika Liu, Sweden’s Cornelia Jakobs, and San Marino’s Achille Lauro.
as well: - i think both Cyprus’ Andromache and Iceland’s Systur have really pretty songs - i love the emphasis on the dancers in the performance of Romania’s WRS, apparently he himself is a dancer, so it makes sense that the dance in his performance feels just as featured as the song (instead of just being the background) - i have a big soft spot for Austria’s LUM!X and Pia Maria (they just want to make a party!) - Ukraine’s Kalush Orchestra give such a vibrant performance - Norway’s Subwoolfer are meme legends 😂 and the song is very fun too - from the big five i of course enjoy Italy’s Mahmood and Blanco, but I also surprisingly find myself liking UK’s Sam Ryder, and I appreciate how meaningful it is that France’s Alvan and Ahez are performing in Breton
if you saw me liking way too many scooby doo posts, i can explain,,,
btw in case anyone is curious, ukraine and albania are tied for #1 for me
i have reached the point in the juno steel relisten where i have now listened to “the monster’s reflection” again.
(ramble about all my feelings for this episode below the cut)
i recently found a new album that perfectly scratches my itch for PUP (the band)
the album is called “i thought you didn’t even like leaving”, by prince daddy & the hyena
listening to pup’s album “the dream is over” is something that can actually be so personal
