This week has been a nightmare of triggers and I’m once again drinking and chain smoking to keep my shit together until Thursday.

I hate all of it even if the talk needs to be had. Most of the time inside something is yelling that I was wrong and that it’s my fault and I can’t shut it off completely but it’s loud and hateful and I want it to stop. I want to rest.

Healing doesn’t mean it’s pretty all the time, it means set backs, or in my case being bombarded by feelings I try to keep an eye on.

It’s not like feeling the pain again but I remember it and my stomach is clenched like it’s in pain and it’s just tiring.

I’m tired, and I can’t sleep.

I don’t really want to talk about it but I just need to vomit it out.
