I WANT MY FACEBOOK BACK!
Sorry for yelling in my title but i'm really sad because facebook decided to block my account . Read my story if you want to know what happened. I don't know if something will happen after i will write this but i just really want to write it to get it off my chest and out of my mind.
Why facebook blocked me.
I don't know if you know that now facebook doesn't accept to use a nickname even if you use that nickname in your job too. So, if it happens someone for some reason to report your account, they will want you to submit personal documents to check who you are through them and your account will get blocked and if you don't submit them, you will lose everything like me. Texts that i wrote, photographs, friends, people that offered me work, pages, inspirations, things that i wanted to remember, conversations with friends,things that i saved and many more. I wasn't saving everything to my computer and now i regret it but i really didn't know that this will happen to me. My parents went before two years and seven months to a shop and bought a tv. Why i'm telling you this? You will understand. This tv after the two years and one week stopped working well. You could listen to the tv channels but you couldn't watch anything. No image. Our tv became a radio but we didn't buy a radio. The guarantee for the tv was for two years. One week after, you pay for the service, to fix your tv. My parents went back to the shop with our tv. Big tv, you probably know how sensitive are now tv screens. They covered it with a carpet(yes don't laugh) to be able to take it back to the shop without anything to happen to the tv. 40 inches tv. My father yelled a little bit and they took the tv for service and told us that they will see what is the problem and we will discuss later how much we will pay for it. They took it, they called us and told us that it wasn't anything important and that they will fix it without money. That was good. We stayed one week at Easter time without tv. They called us from the shop and we brought it back home. After it returned home we saw something was hanging from behind the screen and inside the television but the tv was playing well. I said maybe we should return it back but it's not the easiest thing to do that and as i said tv was playing well so we didn't do anything.
7 months later again the same. Our tv became a radio. I don't know what happened. Probably they didn't fix it well the first time. On purpose? What would you think? My father was really mad and was talking with people from the shop and the company but nothing came out of it. My parents again put it inside the same carpet that they put it the first time and went to the shop. You know what? Who actually buys a 40 inches tv and expects that it will have a problem so soon? Especially now that we have economical crisis and you count every cent that you give for something. If we had lots of money to spend we wouldn't think so much how we will spend it and we will say nevermind. Of course, now they told us that they want 50 euro to fix it. My father in the beginning said i don't want it, you can keep it(for the tv) but my mother was telling him that we paid a lot of money for this tv to just leave it to them to do whatever they want with it. My father was calling to the company and was asking if they can guarantee that now the service will be good and not like the first time and they were saying that we only can say that nothing will happen in 6 months and he was saying that's what we will do all the time? And in the end someone called my father and told him that if you wanted better quality tv you should have paid even more money. That's what you get with the money that you gave. The funniest and that thing that is really pissing you off when you think of it is that when they sold the tv to my parents they said to them how great opportunity was to buy this tv that now they were selling in a lower price. Run, run for this opportunity and now it became a not good quality tv. The company that is selling them is the one that is manufacturing, making them. There was a story about them, posted a year ago. Someone bought a new router and when he connected it with his pc he realised that they sold him a used one. In his pc he could see the internet codes of the previous user that it was a shop in my town. The router had a problem they took it for service and they changed it with a new one. Then the used router got fixed and they sold it as a new one in their shop and they didn't even think to remove the evidence. The man that posted the story posted also a picture that was proving what he was saying, with the codes and everything and he was writing that this is the second time that they are selling him a used item. With that story out there you wouldn't think that something is wrong with this shop, with their methods, with their products? Did they sell me a problematic product? Did they do something to my tv when they took it the first time for service, instead of fixing it? Now, you will understand what happened to my facebook. After what happened i was really mad with the company and i decided to post critics on their pages that there is something wrong with the company's products and don't trust them and what happened to me. I found so many other stories out there from other people that they were having too, problems with the company's products. There is also a page on facebook that says to not trust this company's products. I posted on my profile what happened and asked for other people's help so more people to know what is happening with this company. Two people sent me messages, two people that they don't know each other, and they told me that this company does this a lot, they sell items that they end up to their service, for new, items that they shouldn't get combined together because you know that they will end up with a problem. Let's just say a tv has a problem, they give a new one to the owners if it's really problematic and they take what is inside the tv they put in a new one and they sell it with their brand's name. Great, isn't it?
A few hours later after i posted my critics someone found me. I don't really know what was his problem or i do, i can guess. He wrote to my profile under my post to my friends that i had it public, that what i do is wrong and that they will sue me, that i post fake stories about the company. (What?) And that they will drag me to the courts and i will pay my ass hair(yes, that's what he wrote) and even the grand children of my grand children they will pay money to this company. Because of what i studied,i know that what he says is unfounded. First, they are worst stories out there for them . If they decide to sue me they have to claim that they lost money because of me(did they? nothing stopped them, they continue to sell their products), prove how good is their products, can they? Is my story fake? It is a story of a dissatisfied customer. I think i have the right to be dissatisfied with a product, with a company. And, i continue with what happened. I aswered him calmly that he is really lucky if he bought good quality products from this company, because i didn't and if this happened to him, he would be pissed too with the company. I also sent him a link with that story that happened one year ago from that man that they sold him a used router as a new one. And then the party started. I should have guessed that this would happened but i didn't. He sent me first put some coffee, because it was already midnight, with a emoticon with a face that wores black glasses. Then he deleted that, i guess he didn't like my answer after he read it. He probably expected yes you are right in everything, it was my mistake that i wrote bad things about this good company,but it never came. I went to sleep because he wasn't answering and when i opened my eyes, what did i found? He was posting that i'm stupid(actually he used a worse word that the word stupid) that i woke him up(what? if he was sleeping he should have turned off the notifications from facebook, closed his phone or stop being inside facebook's page)and that he wishes me to find someone to have sex for the new year (no he used worse words) because it's screaming that i'm not doing it and some other stuff. My friends already answered him what they answered him for his comments, i think you can guess what. He blocked me so i couldn't comment under his comment and i couldn't report his comment or his account(facebook magic). Then, someone was reporting my account, probably him, i don't know how, maybe he has other fake accounts. Someone was reporting my account that i don't use my real name and i stole the identity from someone else(because that's what i understand from the e-mails that facebook sent to me). The truth is that i was using a nickname but the pictures, the writings, they were all coming from me, i didn't steal them from someone else. I'm really against of having my real name on facebook because it can attract many troublesome people and especially when you don't have a very usual name,like me, they can find very easily where you live and even hurt you. That's not a fear that came out of nowhere, there was even a story not long ago that someone killed another person because he liked a picture of his girlfriend and how easily they can found you if you using your real name. How exposed are our whole lives on facebook. And, i changed my real name on facebook because already something happened to me and i chose that way to protect myself. But, now i'm gonna lose my account and i'm feeling sad. I sent them messages to protect me, if i can use my name and only the first letter of my last name but nothing. It was matter so much for me to keep my account and it still matters that i sent them the documents that the were asking in order to keep it. They sent me thank you for confirming your name but now we want more documents that prove that you are that person and believe me that i sent them exactly what they say that they accept. I don't want to send all my personal documents to facebook. They are social media not the police. I didn't do a crime. I didn't even answer to this guy badly that he was sending me bad things. I was discussing with my friend maybe they couldn't match my pictures with the one that i have on the personal documents. But, seriously i have this one in all my personal documents except my id and i don't want to send my id to facebook, for God's sake! How safe are my personal documents on facebook? I liked a lot that picture that i have in all my documents,that's why i was having it in all. I was much younger in this picture and i didn't have the eyebrows that have now because back then you were plucking a lot your eyebrows. Are they seriously cannot much my face on the documents with the face in my pictures? That's why they want other documents that they could see my face or my date of birth? My date of birth is only on my id and on my birth certificate. Should i send these to them? For more serious documents in my country they didn't ask me all these things to provide. For God's sake! I guess i should say goodbye to my account. I didn't even had the chance to take all these things that i had there all these years and i will lose. They blocked me and my critics to this company disappeared.It's like i never existed, i never had an account. I guess someone won from all these. With all these they teach you how obedient you should be and that you are not allowed to have an opinion and to say it out loud because this can happen to you too. Goodbye, my acount.
