A super duper late Christmas present for a friend who loves WoW. (Christmas in July, anyone?) I started this scarf back in December and finally finished it up at the end of June.

I created the pattern based on the chest design from several official Illidan art/portraits/sprites. (The one pictured above is a poster of my fiancée’s.) The scarf is long enough that the design is placed on the chest when wrapped around the neck.

I’m nearing completion on my current project so I spent the afternoon charting the next. I plan on using this solar design at the winter and summer solstices.

Saturnalia pattern 2019. Its a repeating pattern of sigillaria (terracotta gifts) exchanged on the last day of Saturnalia
