Some gym progress stuff again to remind myself of where I started in 2024. The weird thing about this whole journey and very gradual changes is that your brain gets used to what you see in the mirror today. You get blind to it in a way. Of course in theory I know that yeah that's how gradual change works, the progress is subtle but in time, small habit changes make a big difference. And while there is nothing wrong with how I looked in 2024 (objectively speaking), for me personally, having such a curvy bodytype with chest tissue that even binding couldn't help much with made my dysphoria a lot worse. I still have dysphoria but looking at these photos reminds me that I've already come rather far and I’m proud of that tbh I'm also switching my gym training program rn and hired the same PT that made me my very first program in January 2025 and I'm excited to keep making progress and challenging myself. I'm trying to get more buff around my arms and shoulders next since I focused on my back rather heavily in 2025
