I keep seeing re-useable pad posts

but does anyone know if there are pads like that in this shape? The back of my underwear gets really bloody if I wear ones without that back part when I’m on the heaviest days of my cycle. Also, can you wear them all day? I don’t really want to be carrying a bloody pad in my purse at the grocery store or something
