Trainer Transition
Also, I forgot to mention in my previous post that my personal trainer either quit or got fired from the gym I was going to and so today (we were supposed to meet) I trained with this guy why they tried to work with me on getting a new one. The work out was really great. But I don't know how I feel about having a guy trainer. I get weird and self conscious but you know what?! I don't care. Being fit for me is about pushing and learning and if this guy can help me do that... it is going to all be okay. :D
