I’ve seen with my own eyes how my natural energy shifts people. Their spark comes back, their inner child shows up again, their laughter gets louder. They carry themselves differently, walk straighter, see clearer, and start moving toward what they actually want in life.

That’s why I’m intentional about who I let into my space. I know the impact I have, and I also know how easily that energy can be drained by people who only take and never pour back.

Subtle Energies

What are subtle energies? Subtle energies are the “invisible” forces all around us. Every thing in our universe has it’s own energy. Most cannot see or feel these energies. Those who are sensitive to these energies or who have developed the skill, can detect and use these energies. You have heard of Auras. Every thing animate or inanimate has it’s own aura. When you are able to see the auras surrounding a person, you will also be able to see the auras around inanimate objects and the flow of energy.

When you become sensitive to the feeling of energies, you will eventually be able to detect the feel of differing energies. Once you are able to see and feel these subtle energies, you can learn how to use them for healing and further spiritual enlightenment. There are tools you can use to direct and enhance your abilities. One of the most used tools are crystals. Crystals provide strong energy that can be felt undeniably. Each crystal has different attributes and can help to increase abilities and sensitivity.

These subtle energies are and have been around us whether we see and feel them or not. If we learn to become attuned to them, they can greatly enhance our experiences here in this incarnation. Becoming attuned can help to guide us to our true path and purpose here on this planet.
