🌸SHED🌸 On the cusp of Beltane we stand ready to shed all that stands in the way of our ultimate reunion. We have been divided, separated and fractured. Parts of our spirit have been sheared off and sent to times and places far from the now. We have generated an idea of ourselves that reflects an incomplete reality, to such a degree that it manifests in our outward reality. Going within is the only option. To map where we have over-plundered our own resources, cut out bits of ourselves, denied and buried parts we do not know how to integrate. Where we have placed temporary structures to fill these gaps, inadequate excuses, walls of steel to prevent us feeling and expressing, it is time to drop those now. The blossom falls, soft, because its time is passed. Whatever ‘beautiful’ or ‘acceptable’ ideas of yourself you have invented, let them go. Be naked of invention and ruse. Be free of dissemblement. 🌸 🌸 🌸 Once we are empty of false identities, we may call back the parts of ourselves that we have lost and rejected and hold them in the Beltane fire, integrate them into what has always been the whole - the whole we have not recognised. We sink back into the Oneness of being. ❤️ THE UNSEEN SELF ❤️ I am not sure if it is just me who doesn’t see this side of me very often. By that I don’t mean my own back, of course, I am referring to the energy captured here by @izzyacetophoto my beloved mirror 💗 I love this aspect of myself so much that when I see her I am brought to my knees. How do we commune so little that it is always a surprise to perceive you through my flesh and bones? She is such an integral part of me, my Myrrah, my fragrance of devotion, that perhaps, as with those who are always there with and for us, we can take them for granted. She carries the back of her heart open between her shoulder blades channelling every experience like a lightning rod. She beats the brunt of any failure on my part to protect her, and for years was in chains, suppressed “for your own safety”. Incroyable. Mishmaoul. That was not for her.
